Contrary to german media reports, the kitchens feeding the anti-G8 mobilisation in fact made some surplusses which will be dispersed to legal/prisoner support groups. “It is now apparent that it is actually possible even over a longer period of time to cook tasty organic vegan and partly vegetarian food for a large number of people on a self organised basis and distribute it just for donations.”

Er doet een gerucht de ronde dat wij bij het koken op de G8 een schuld van 30.000 euro hebben opgebouwd.
Dit is echter NIET waar, we hebben netjes quitte gespeeld.Enorm bedankt voor alle lieve steunbetuigingen en al het gestorte geld, dit gaat alsnog naar de organisatie van de kampen en naar de Legal Aid Prisonerssupport.
Als je je geld graag terug wilt of liever dat het ergens anders heengaat, laat het ons weten.There is a rumour going around that we didn’t make enough money during the cooking at the G8, that we still need 30.000 euro. This is NOT true, we did make enough money.
We’d like to thank everybody for the nice mails and for all the money we’ve received, we’ll send the money to the camp’s organisation and the Legal Aid Prissonerssupport.
